Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are delicate dinnerware, we have a specific policy to ensure returns are handled smoothly.

 

30-Day Return Window
You have [30 days] from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange .

 

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them.

  • Unused, unwashed, and free of scratches or marks.

  • In the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit .

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear (e.g., utensil marks).

  • Final sale or clearance items .

Damages & Issues (This is crucial for dinnerware)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective item or if the item arrived broken due to shipping, you must contact us within [48 hours - 7 days] of delivery .

  • To file a claim, please email BOTAO TRADING LIMITED with:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A photo of the damaged or defective item.

    3. A photo of the packaging (if the box was damaged).
      We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, for valid damage claims.

Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A [15-20%] restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs .

How to Initiate a Return
